Wild Scoops launched in summer 2015, selling from a small chest freezer at Farmers Markets. We moved into our own Test Kitchen the following year, and our downtown scoop shop opened in summer 2017. In June of 2019, we moved/expanded our Test Kitchen and opened up a midtown scoop shop right next door. Now, more than ever, we believe in the power of ice cream to spread joy and tell stories.

Since debuting from a farmers market chest freezer in 2015, Wild Scoops has handcrafted thousands of small batches of ice cream. Our flavors are a celebration of Alaskan ingredients. We are proud to use products from local growers and vendors, as well as wild foods that thrive in the mountains, forests and seas around us. We serve extraordinary and adventurous ice cream, grounded in a love for our community. Now, more than ever, we believe that ice cream has the power to tell stories and spread joy.
