Church members envisioned a place where Alaskans could grow older together in a supportive, intentional community.SpecialtiesThomas Center is an independent housing community for seniors 62 and over. We have 15 apartments and everyone lives independently, yet as part of a community where they support each other. Our building has many activities, a 3-season greenhouse, workout gym, craft room, deck and Atrium area. Our chef makes dinner Monday through Friday. Apartments include all utilities, internet, cable TV and once a week maid service.
