Smoke salmon into many different flavors such as traditional, teriyaki, honey, garlic chili pepper, garlic pepper, lime pepper, lemon pepper,& black pepper. (15 LB minimum weight for traditional and 20lb minimum for all other flavors) We process whole fish into fillets, steaks & will also skin your fish. (there is a 20 LB minimum for skinning fish) We process all game such as Moose, Caribou, Bear, Sheep, Pig, Deer, Cow, & Buffalo we can also process your meats in jerky's or sausages such as breakfast or Italian sausage 1 & 2 LB packages. Hunterstix, pepperoni, pepperoni sticks, polish, hot dogs, hot links (hot or mild) summer sausage,(jalapeno & cheese) andouille (hot or mild) Jerky. (different heat levels of jerky) (different flavors of jerky such as teriyaki & honey)
