Jared helped us fillet the salmon. Very little to no waste.

2nd King Salmon (10lb male hatchery) that we caught. Vacuumed sealed & froze it for the flight back. Made some Poke the next day!

On the first half day river fishing trip. Caught this beautiful 10lb Sockeye salmon.
