Central Emergency Services provides fire protection and rescue, and emergency medical services in the central Kenai Peninsula communities of Soldotna, Kalifornsky Beach, Sterling, Ridgeway, Kasilof and Clam Gulch in Alaska. It is a combination department comprising more than 25 full-time and 30 on-call employees. Its has five divisions, of which the fire prevention division is responsible for fire prevention, safety and education, and its training division is responsible for the continuing education of firefighters and emergency medical team. Its fire marshal is responsible for everything from fire inspection to community education, and the on-call division is a team of volunteers who dedicate their time to protecting lives. Central Emergency Services is located in Soldotna, Alaska.
