Organized in 1916, Wolverine Tube initially offered small-size seamless copper and brass tube. The principal markets served by the company were the local automobile manufacturers. Most of the outer diameter sizes of its initial tubes were smaller than 0.75 inches. The company provides its customers with copper and copper-alloy tube, fabricated products, brazing alloys, fluxes and lead-free solder, as well as copper and copper-alloy rod, bar and other products. Its variety of products, which includes shapes and sizes, has increased so that Wolverine has a broader product offering in the nonferrous metals marketplace. Wolverine Tube is located in Huntsville, Ala.
