Opened in 1990, Chimneyrock Elementary School serves more than 900 students in kindergarten through grade four. The school s math curriculum provides information on fractions, decimals, ratios, computations and data analysis. Its language arts programs focus on reading and writing skills. Its science classes offer information on agriculture and plants. The school also offers classes in social studies and physical education. Additionally, Chimneyrock Elementary School provides character education and accelerated reading programs. The school employs more than 50 staff members.
