Toland Realty Company is a full service realty company based out of Auburn AL which specializes in real estate sales and property management. We offer our clients both listing and buyer agent representation. We are proud members of the LCAR Lee County Association of Realtors and adhere to the codes of ethics by which it is governed. Client properties are marketed through a variety of venues including print, web and MLS representation. We take great pride in offering our clients a level of service and representation that is to be respected in the community. Toland Realty Co. believes that a full service business should and will handle all of a clients needs. It is for this reason that we offer property management services which include advertising/ locating tenants, drafting/ signing leases, bookkeeping for the property, fielding and outsourcing maintenance issues and disbursing net proceeds to owners on a monthly bases or as requested by owners.
