Tammy Connor Interior Design was founded in Charleston, South Carolina in 1999 as a boutique-style residential and hospitality design firm providing comprehensive, turnkey design. The firm has built its reputation on creating refined, traditional interiors that are comfortable and inviting. While the location and subject of the firm's work is diverse, there is a consistent dedication to serving each client's unique lifestyle. Tammy Connor Interior Design has completed projects throughout the eastern United States. Recent project locations include Charleston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Charlottesville. The firm has been featured in numerous national design publications. Most recently, Tammy Connor Interior Design was selected to design Coastal Living magazine's ten-year anniversary Idea House in North Carolina. Prior to founding Tammy Connor Interior Design, Tammy Connor received a bachelor's degree in Studio Arts magna cum laude from Wake Forest University and a graduate degree in interior design summa cum laude from The American College of Applied Arts in Atlanta, Georgia. While in school, she was the recipient of several scholarships and was named design student of the year. Upon graduation, she apprenticed with the esteemed design firm of Gandy/Peace Inc. When her apprenticeship ended, Tammy gathered a diverse team of designers to bring an experienced, yet fresh, look to interiors. Tammy is a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Design and a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Accredited Designer.
