Southern Memorial Company is family owned and operated monument company that has been serving Bessemer and surrounding communities since 1939. To provide better and more efficient service to our customers, we have our own granite quarriers and suppliers that we are partnered with for a long time to ensure the quality of each granite memorial we produce. We customize our designs depending on your wishes and we also provide a proof for your approval prior to production. In addition to making the headstone, we also offer full installation, maintenance and cleaning. We also provide granite signs, bronze markers, burial vaults, and other burial supplies. When the situation calls for it, our company has an experienced staff of counsellors who will work one-on-one with families or individuals to create the ideal personal tribute to your loved one's life.
