Dr. Blaudeau is currently a practicing attorney and an OB/GYN in the state of Alabama. Prior to becoming an attorney, he established himself as a physician and surgeon in private practice beginning 1991. His years of medical experience has provided him with the ability to not just identify breaches in the standard of care, but to understand in-depth the level of malpractice that has taken place. Dr. Blaudeau passed the Bar in 1998, founded The Southern Institute for Medical and Legal Affairs, and has been of counsel at the law firm of Riley & Jackson, P.C. since 2001. He has been involved in many medical malpractice cases, wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, nursing home neglect/malpractice, civil litigation and commercial litigation. His duel professions have made him uniquely qualified to not only understand the medical aspects of a case, but years of legal experience have taught him how to navigate the complex litigation process in cases where medicine is involved.
