Ralph Brown Draughon Library is named in honor of Ralph Brown Draughon, president of Auburn University in Alabama from 1947 to 1965. The library has a seating capacity of more than 2,000 designed to serve the study, teaching and research needs of Auburn students, faculty and staff. It offers the services of subject-specialist librarians for help in using the library. The library s service desk provides help to students in using micro-formats and government publications. Its digital resource lab assists users with digital media, providing access to media hardware and software. The library s special collections and archives department houses more than 10,000 cubic feet of archival and manuscript materials. Ralph Brown Draughon Library is located in Auburn, Ala.
