Lurleen B. Wallace Junior College offers associate degrees, workforce training and adult education programs. It organizes a range of sports activities, such as baseball, softball, basketball, gymnasium, tennis, golf and softball. The college provides academic instructions in applied technology, health sciences, language, fine arts, math, science, business administration and continuing education. It has an adult education and skills training division that provides computer hardware and software training and career and job information. In addition, the college organizes workshops, seminars and programs to extend job opportunities for students. Lurleen B. Wallace Junior College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and is located in Andalusia, Ala.
