Harris Early Learning Center is a modern preschool facility with an enrollment of more than 200 students. Established in 1995, the center is approved by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. It employs over 35 teachers and nearly 15 administrative and support personnel. The center promotes intellectual, emotional, physical and social development of children. It also offers training programs for university students.
