Established in 1955, Helen Keller School of Alabama serves children between the age group of 3 to 18. It offers various educational and medical programs for children with special needs. The school is owned and operated by Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, which offers comprehensive educational and rehabilitation services for children and adults with visual and hearing disabilities.
