Aquadome Recreation center provides leisure facilities, park programs and amusement activities. The center organizes youth/adult exercise activities and fitness classes. Located in Decatur, Ala., the strength conditioning class offers a combination of styles of aerobic activities such as step, impact, dance, kickboxing and polymeric moves integrated with strength and power training. It also provides lessons on gymnastics, baton, swim lessons and lifeguard training. The center also has an indoor swimming pool. Aquadome Recreation center is a part of the facilities provided by the Decatur Parks and Recreation department. The center is associated with the Alabama Recreation and Parks Association (ARPA) and the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA).
