The City Clerk's Office, located in Arab, Ala., is responsible for a variety of current and archival public documents. It also prepares agendas for council meetings and maintains the records of various rules, ordinances and resolutions adopted by the city council. The office additionally conducts municipal elections, performs legal advertising for the city, and schedules, coordinates and plans special events and functions for the city council.
