History
We provide weekly, or bi-weekly knife service bundled with cutting board resurfacing twice a year to any commercial foodservice facility. We have flexible payment and delivery options including weekly, biweekly, monthly, or get a discount when you pay for a year in advance. There will be two deliveries of fresh cutting boards per year. Cutting boards will be replaced on the first delivery of March and September unless you prefer a different time. We recommend this schedule because it allows you to have fresh bright white cutting boards to start each season. In most cases, we can offer maintenance of knives and cutting boards at a price near what is currently being paid for knife maintenance alone. We also offer very affordable knife storage solutions.
