During subsequent 30-minute sessions and varied learning activities applicable to your goals, we will design your treatment plan and implement the intervention strategies. Osteopathic Manual Medicine (OMM) or Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a specialty in which osteopathic physicians use their hands to diagnose injuries and apply corrective pressure to facilitate the body's healing ability by relieving joint restrictions, releasing trigger points, and realigning areas. Similarities between chiropractic care and OMT/OMM do exist, but the latter utilizes a wide range of techniques suited to the treatment of problem areas throughout the body.
