Orange theory fitness is a one hour total body workout! The class is split into two parts, a half hour endurance and half hour strength and power. The program designs ensure variety and challenge. Everyone wears a heart monitor. We train in five heart rate zones. Every workout we provide you with a professional fitness coach to ensure that you are not overtraining or undertraining.
