ODLA (SWEDISH) MEANS TO FARM, TO CULTIVATE, TO GROW.We are a unique farm-direct restaurant offering a curated & delicious experience utilizing only the freshest seasonal ingredients and ethically raised meats. Our co-owners (Farm One Forty) grow pasture raised pork & grass-fed beef & lamb on their 140-acres of holistically managed land. Farmer and Chef stay in constant contact about what is growing on the farm in order to give you a menu bursting with life and flavour! We also sell our ethically raised meats, honey and produce in our market, which is attached to the restaurant.
