This family run restaurant that opened their doors in November, 2016 is owned and operated by Chef Alan Palenchuk and his wife Vincenza (also known as Vee). A husband and wife team that reside in Georgina and together creating a great team with all their staff, offering excellent quality food & top-notch fine dining service. Chef Alan is a Certified Executive Red Seal Chef for over 25 years bringing all of his food creations to another level. He is always using fresh ingredients, supports local farmers all year round, prepares everything from scratch and every dish is cooked to order. The cuisine is Mediterranean influenced with many dishes to choose from, including gluten free and vegetarian options. They have also won the Readers Choice Award in 2017 & 2018 for Best Fine Dining, Best Atmosphere, Best Dessert, Best Salads & Best Steaks
