MINAS Brazilian Steakhouse is named after the southern Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, where executive chef and owner Jose Montes hails from. This state is known all over the country as the heart of the most authentic Brazilian cuisine, such as feijoada, pão de queijo, and feijão tropeiro. During a traditional dining experience at MINAS, the barbecue is served tableside on skewers, in the classic rodizio style by our passadores (carvers) and accompanied by the most traditional Brazilian dishes. MINAS provides great service by qualified and willing staff, presented in a lively ambience. We serve satisfying portions that never leave our guests hungry. Most of the food is cooked in our open kitchen (the latest trend in the dining experience) with high quality meats prepared fresh and in front of guests. Our Iguarías (hot and cold gourmet sides) offers tasty, instant, and varied options. We cook and serve in traditional dishes, such as handmade soap stone pots.
